Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Unfortunately, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund incorrect or damaged products during shipment. Please send proof of damage to info@healingculture.ca within 48 hours of receipt. You will receive an email once we have received & inspected your returned item. If your refund is approved, the funds will be put back on your original form of payment within 3-5 business days.
How can I correct/change my shipping address?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, please send us an email to info@healingculture.ca asap and we'll try our best to fix the address before your order is shipped.
What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to Canada and the United States only.
How can I cancel my order?
If you change your mind, we can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t shipped. Please email us at info@healingculture.ca and we will do our best.
How much does shipping cost?
We provide complimentary shipping within Canada on orders $90+. For orders under $90 shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. All orders will ship out within 2 business days. You will be notified once your order ships. Please note that we are not responsible for any duty or additional charges on orders from the United States.
